I’m an accredited unbreakable mindset coach and work with spiritually aligned women to reprogram their beliefs and overcome overwhelm and anxiety so they can finally manifest the life they know they’re capable of living.

I’ve dipping my toes in and out of the coaching space since I first discovered coaching while running my VA business 2019. I love learning about how the mind works, why we do what we do and why are our beliefs can be our biggest strength or our worse enemy.

I came back to coaching in 2023 while going through a divorce and trying to navigate my new life as a single mum. My confidence was at an all time low and I just needed some help and guidance to help me through. That’s when I found the amazing Jude, who walked me through her unbreakable mindset program. My goal at the time was to make my new business at the time (a little online crystal shop) a success so that I could provide a stable life for myself and my children. This is when I fell in love with coaching and mindset work again, and realised that as much as I love crystals they weren’t my real passion and decided to train with Jude in the Unbreakable mindset Academy to help others like myself.

I’ve always known that I am capable of much more than I have currently achieved but there’s always been that voice in the back of my head telling me that it was never gonna happen and I’m just not good enough to achieve my goals. Working with Jude and on myself through the academy has helped to quieten these voices massively and achieve things I NEVER thought would be possible for myself.

My goal with coaching is to help other women who feel the same, who can never quite get off the starting blocks because their thoughts and beliefs always seem to take over and get in the way. It’s not that you can’t do the thing its just your brain has been trained through your life experiences to make you believe that you can’t.
